Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the restaurant business using QRenvo) and QRenvo, operated by Mahesh Kumar (Proprietor) ("QRenvo", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

The service

QRenvo provides a digital menu opened by QR code, table ordering, a kitchen screen, billing and invoices, and related tools for restaurants. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

• Give correct information and keep your password and kitchen PIN safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One plan covers one outlet.

Trial, plans and payment

• New accounts may start with a free trial. When it ends, guests can still see your menu but cannot place orders until you buy a plan.
• Plans (Monthly, Half Yearly, Yearly) are paid in advance online through Razorpay. Prices are shown on qrenvo.com and in "My plan"; GST is charged extra where applicable.
• Plans do not renew automatically. Before your plan ends you can buy the next one; if you don't, ordering stops after any grace period shown in the app.
• Setup fees and printed QR add-ons are charged as shown at the time of purchase.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A plan you have already paid for keeps its price until it ends.

Your responsibilities

• Your menu, prices, taxes, GSTIN, food and service are your responsibility, including following food-safety and tax laws.
• Money guests pay by UPI goes straight to your account. Refunds, disputes and complaints about orders or food are between you and your guest.
• Use QRenvo lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to use, try to break or overload the service, or access other restaurants' data.

Availability

We work to keep QRenvo running at all times, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is done at quiet hours where possible. Ordering and billing need an internet connection.

Your data

Your menu, orders and bills belong to you. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using QRenvo at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or has not paid, after a notice where reasonable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, QRenvo is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost orders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use QRenvo after a change means you accept it.
